How can I track my order?

  • Easily track your order using 17Track. If it doesn't display your order status or encounters issues, try ParcelsApp. Remember, it might take a couple of days for the tracking number to update in the system after receiving it.

How can I be sure my payment is safe?

What is your return/exchange policy?

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. For EU customers, there's a 14-day cooling-off period.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Initiating a Return: Contact us at info@daravelle.com to start a return. Items sent back without prior request won't be accepted. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
